We are tooled in all AS568 O-ring sizes, and also produce non-standard o-rings, metric o-rings and micro o-rings (o-rings less than 1mm in either inside diameter or cross section). Please note that our molds for AS568 standard sizes are cut to Nitrile shrinkages and Viton shrinkages. The use of compounds other than Nitrile and Viton in these molds may result in a finished o-ring with slightly larger or smaller dimensions.

Materials/Quality
Our O-rings are produced in all standard industry materials (Viton, Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, HNBR, ECO, Fluorosilicone, Polyacrylate, etc.), and new or equivalent compounds can be developed to meet your needs (ref. Compounds section). Our finished rubber parts are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and meet exacting quality standards. To ensure the quality of our finished parts, we utilize MicroVu vision measuring equipment to test dimensional characteristics of our parts and molds, Instron testing equipment to test durometer, and a variety of other state of the art inspection/testing equipment. Parts are also visually inspected for excessive flash or other defects.
